2. Definitions

Products – home made scented products sold in the Store

Services – any related services described in the Store’s offer.

Agreement – the contract for the sale of Products and/or Services concluded electronically between the Seller and Buyer.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

Product listings on the Store are invitations to treat, not binding offers.

Buyers place orders through the Store’s ordering system.

The Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email or other explicit method.

Buyers must provide accurate delivery and billing information.

The Seller may refuse an order if Products are out of stock, mispriced, or incorrectly described.

4. Product Information and Safety

All Products are intended for home use only. Buyers must follow usage and safety instructions provided with each Product.

Some Products may contain allergens. Ingredients are listed in the product description.

The Seller is not liable for misuse of Products or failure to follow safety instructions.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices listed in the Store are inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery costs will be displayed before order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer

Orders will only be dispatched once payment is confirmed.

8. Consumer Rights – Product Quality

Products must match their descriptions and be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Buyers are entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund if Products are faulty or misdescribed.

9. Complaints and Warranty

Any defects or issues should be reported to the Seller immediately via email.

The Seller will respond within 5 days.

Remedies may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or full cancellation of the order, as permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of Products, failure to follow safety instructions, or indirect losses.

Nothing in this Terms limits statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other UK laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store (images, text, graphics, logos) is the property of the Seller or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

13. Final Provisions

UK law governs any matters not covered in these Terms.

The Seller may update these Terms; updates are effective upon posting on the Store.
