These Terms set out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of home fragrance products via the Store.
2. Definitions
Buyer – a natural person, legal entity or organisation purchasing from the Store.
Seller – the sole trader operating the Store.
Products – handmade scented products sold in the Store.
Services – any related services described in the Store’s offer.
Agreement – the contract for the sale of Products and/or Services concluded electronically between the Seller and Buyer
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
Product listings on the Store are invitations to treat and not binding offers.
Buyers place orders through the Store’s ordering system.
The Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email or another explicit method.
Buyers must provide accurate delivery and billing information.
The Seller may refuse an order if Products are out of stock, mispriced or incorrectly described.

All Products are intended for home use only.

5. Prices and Payment
Prices listed in the Store are inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery costs will be displayed before order confirmation.

Orders will be dispatched once payment is confirmed.
DELIVERY POLICY
Products will be shipped to the address provided by the Buyer.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Standard delivery time is up to 5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
If delays occur the Buyer will be informed and given a new estimated delivery date.
Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only.
Personal Collection
Personal collection is possible only by prior arrangement with the Seller.
The Buyer must contact the Seller in advance to agree a suitable collection date and time.
The Seller does not operate a physical commercial retail store; therefore collection is by appointment only
8. Consumer Rights – Product Quality
Products must match their descriptions and be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
Buyers are entitled to remedies such as:
• repair
• replacement
• price reduction
• refund
if Products are faulty or misdescribed.
9. Complaints
Any defects or issues should be reported to the Seller via email.
The Seller will respond within 5 days.
Possible remedies include repair, replacement, partial refund or cancellation of the order where permitted by law.

REFUNDS POLICY
Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the Products.
To exercise this right the Buyer must notify the Seller via email or text message
Products must be returned unused, unopened and in original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned Products or proof of return.
Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
• perishable products or products with a limited shelf life
• products that have been used in a way that prevents resale
• sale items
